I would rate this service lower than one star if possible. I bought a door mat that turned out to be significantly overpriced compared to similar options. This wouldn't have been an issue if it had been accurately represented, but it wasn't. I tried to get a refund because the quality was very poor and it looked nothing like the images. The design on the mat was merely printed on, while the photos suggested it had a textured appearance, and it was too thin to serve its purpose. Later, I found what seemed to be the same product from a competitor, and the difference was astonishing. It's remarkable how this service managed to create a subpar version of a door mat, yet they remained unyielding when I lodged a complaint. We provided them with photos comparing what we received to what was advertised, but to no avail. We received a lengthy apologetic email in response, but it essentially avoided addressing the refund request. They also refuse to honor their 30-day return policy despite the issues. The entire experience feels like a scam, so I strongly recommend staying away.
