I would rate this service lower than one star if possible. I bought a door mat that turned out to be significantly overpriced compared to similar options. This wouldn't have been an issue if it had been accurately represented, but it wasn't. I tried to get a refund because the quality was very poor and it looked nothing like the images. The design on the mat was merely printed on, while the photos suggested it had a textured appearance, and it was too thin to serve its purpose. Later, I found what seemed to be the same product from a competitor, and the difference was astonishing. It's remarkable how this service managed to create a subpar version of a door mat, yet they remained unyielding when I lodged a complaint. We provided them with photos comparing what we received to what was advertised, but to no avail. We received a lengthy apologetic email in response, but it essentially avoided addressing the refund request. They also refuse to honor their 30-day return policy despite the issues. The entire experience feels like a scam, so I strongly recommend staying away.
I strongly recommend avoiding this service! It appears to be linked to a supply chain with delivery times reaching up to 45 days. After waiting two weeks for my order without any updates, I expressed my concerns and was instructed to contact a number in China for courier information. This is simply unacceptable. I advise steering clear of this entirely.
Total scam. Sold me two trackers that didn’t function. They kept requesting videos using different devices and apps, but ultimately, it still didn't work. When I asked for a refund, they informed me it was beyond their 14-day policy. I wasted both time and money on ineffective technology. Avoid this at all costs.
I’m yet another customer who neglected to read the negative reviews prior to ordering and now I truly regret it. I ordered a GPS Bike Tracker, which took around three weeks to arrive from overseas, with instructions only in a foreign language. When I attempted to download the software from the app store, the reviews were terrible. I reached out to the support team, but they refused to accept a return unless I paid a significant shipping fee. Even though the product was unsuitable, they wouldn’t budge, leaving me out of pocket. Avoid!

Absolute scam, please do not buy from them. They take your money, take weeks to deliver, and then claim they can’t issue a refund because you need to contact them first for authorization to return items. Don’t waste your money on this absolute disaster.
