The lady who answered my question was helpful.The sustaining pedal stopped working one week upon delivery. They quickly sent me a new replacement, actually a better pedal model, in 2 days after I reached out to customer service.The only thing I think could have been improved is the ease of installation. There is no screw driver provided, and you know it's hard to get one when most shops are closed during this difficult time.
