I purchased an M‑Audio device from the Gear4Music website, and their warranty and customer service truly exceeded my expectations.
The first delivery went wrong due to DPD, who returned the package to Germany because they supposedly had no space left in their delivery lockers. Despite this, Gear4Music immediately sent me a replacement — free of charge.
A couple of weeks later, the new unit unfortunately stopped working. Their support team was quick to help, offering several useful troubleshooting tips. When those didn’t solve the issue, they sent me yet another replacement, again completely free of charge.
Outstanding service, fast communication, and a company that really stands behind its products. Highly recommended!
