I placed an order which was supposed to arrive 3 or 4 business days later.Their selected courier - DPD - apparently messed it up and after half a dozen 'There's a delay with your parcel at our sortation facility' they sent it back to Gear4music, without any reason why.I ordered for quite some money from Gear4music last couple of months but the customer service apparently didn't care.So I asked for an explanation / compensation, got none.Instead of making it an express delivery (and let DPD pay for that as it was their mistake), I got a delivery estimate for another 2 weeks.So I cancelled the order and requested for my money back.I had to check myself if it was done, I didn't get any update about the status.They could have had a returning customer who buys regularly but apparently chose not to.I'll give 2 stars because previous orders went better.But chances are very slim I'll order from them again.
