If I could leave a negative rating, I would. We ordered anime sneakers for our granddaughter’s birthday in early April, and by late April, tracking showed the order was in New York. After multiple inquiries, we were assured the order was in process. On June 2, we learned our order was confiscated by customs, meaning no birthday present would arrive. We could have made alternate arrangements if we had been informed in April, but we received no notification. I had to chase the company for updates. Very disappointing.
