Regardless of their numerous clauses about procurement and shipping times, I paid extra for an earlier delivery. I even allowed ample time (14 days on a 6-8 day procurement schedule) for dispatch, so I trusted the timeline! To me, this feels deceptive and should be taken seriously. Since this was a gift, I had to navigate through this situation. I wouldn't choose to shop here if it weren't necessary. Now, I'm left waiting to see if the quality justifies all this hassle for a gift.

If I could leave a negative rating, I would. We ordered anime sneakers for our granddaughter’s birthday in early April, and by late April, tracking showed the order was in New York. After multiple inquiries, we were assured the order was in process. On June 2, we learned our order was confiscated by customs, meaning no birthday present would arrive. We could have made alternate arrangements if we had been informed in April, but we received no notification. I had to chase the company for updates. Very disappointing.
