Gear Elevation has stolen $250 from me. I ordered a lamp which was delivered by FedEx but required a code upon delivery to release the package. No such code was ever provided to me. When I called customer service the refused to assust though I confirmed never having received a code. FedEx took back the package but later marked as delivered. Gear Elevation insists the require a proof of non delivery from FedEx by me which FedEx shows as delivered. Do not ever use Gear Elevation. They are careless, disorganized and insensitive to the fact that they stole money for me for a product never delivered. Shame on you for stealing from a consumer.
