I placed an order on December 29th for a Christmas gift for my mom. It is now mid-February, and I still have not received the product.

In nearly two months, I have received zero proactive communication about the status of my order. The only updates I’ve gotten were when I called to follow up myself — and each time I was told it would ship soon. It never did.

What is most troubling is that I was told I could not cancel the order, even though the company has been unable to fulfill it. Refusing to cancel an unfulfilled order is unacceptable and deeply concerning business practice.

This has been, without question, the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had. The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer service is astounding.

I will never order from this company again. If you are considering doing business with them, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

As per your response below, I did in fact call your company back the same day, communicated my preference, and was told the order would ship within your specified timeframe. After receiving no updates, I called again and was told it would be shipping soon. That was almost a month ago. I have still received no product, no tracking information, and no proactive communication.

To suggest that you “haven’t received a response” is inaccurate. I responded promptly and followed up multiple times. The issue has never been my lack of communication — it has been your lack of fulfillment and follow-through.

Unable to review due to lack of delivery and tracking information

I can't provide a review of the product since I still haven't received it or any tracking details, three weeks after placing my order. I was fortunate to see a review about the hidden subscription fee, so I removed my payment information from their site. I also intend to call to confirm my unsubscription. The customer service, when they respond, seems to be outsourced. I had to call just to receive a confirmation email, and I also had to download a specific app to track my order. It has shown 'on the way' for over a week now, with no tracking number or shipping email. They also do not respond to any emails sent to their support. This has been a terrible experience, and I'm doubtful about the quality of the product I ordered.

Deceptive advertising

I ordered a "USB rechargeable" coffee mug warming pad. After waiting 2 weeks for their slow shipping from China, I received a substantially different item than advertised, a corded warming pad that was not rechargeable (no battery) and had no USB of any type. When I called to request a refund, the representative tried to push several other options—a replacement, a quarter refund and store credit, a half refund, etc. before relenting and issuing a full refund, but only after I said I would initiate a credit card chargeback.
