Unsatisfactory customer support and delivery issues. On December 16, 2025, I placed an order for items. The order was marked as delivered on January 4, 2025. After receiving the delivery notification, I checked my front door and yard but could not find the package. I then reviewed the proof of delivery on the service's website, which displayed a photo of a hand in a vehicle and indicated personal acceptance. I reached out to the seller, who offered to replace my items for a fee of $55. I expressed my concern that this would mean paying $4 for jackets to receive only 3, and that I would miss the event for which they were intended. I have since tried to contact the seller again, but have not gotten a response.
