priced USA 250 anniversary shirt, was advertised was $32. i ordered a X-large and mailing was $6. but check out was $46. hmmm??? X-large was $8 more than small. I usually buy very nice dress shirts for work/special events, ranging between $60 to $75+ range... never more $$ for small, medium, large or XXX-large shirts. canceled my order... other shirt manufactures don't rip their customers off like this. lost a customer and telling everyone of the faulty practices
I bought a bracelet with a picture of my dog in a stone. The stone fell out a week after receiving it. I contacted the company and sent pictures. The company say they will look into the issue. I followed up a week later and received a reply of your order has been delivered. They were talking about my original order. I then stated I reported an issue and they said it was past the 30 day period for a refund or replacement, but it was only 28 days when I received that email. I let them know I contacted them a week after receiving the item. They didnt care and said there was nothing they could do for me. This item meant a lot to me bc it was a picture of my dog that I just had to put to sleep. Im very disappointed.
They provided multiple options and customizations and the product is quality. We've all been scammed before but these flags are legit. I will most likely be using them again.
Unsatisfactory customer support and delivery issues. On December 16, 2025, I placed an order for items. The order was marked as delivered on January 4, 2025. After receiving the delivery notification, I checked my front door and yard but could not find the package. I then reviewed the proof of delivery on the service's website, which displayed a photo of a hand in a vehicle and indicated personal acceptance. I reached out to the seller, who offered to replace my items for a fee of $55. I expressed my concern that this would mean paying $4 for jackets to receive only 3, and that I would miss the event for which they were intended. I have since tried to contact the seller again, but have not gotten a response.
I purchased two pairs of pajama pants for my son and his girlfriend. Initially, I was a bit unsure and kept my expectations moderate; however, the items matched the mock-up perfectly. I opted for a larger size just to be safe, but they fit quite true to size. Since they are pajamas and come with an adjustable string, they fit comfortably. I was also happily surprised to discover they have pockets. I will definitely be buying more in the future!
