I bought a bracelet with a picture of my dog in a stone. The stone fell out a week after receiving it. I contacted the company and sent pictures. The company say they will look into the issue. I followed up a week later and received a reply of your order has been delivered. They were talking about my original order. I then stated I reported an issue and they said it was past the 30 day period for a refund or replacement, but it was only 28 days when I received that email. I let them know I contacted them a week after receiving the item. They didnt care and said there was nothing they could do for me. This item meant a lot to me bc it was a picture of my dog that I just had to put to sleep. Im very disappointed.
