I purchased a 3D printer a little over a year ago, and it's been quite good. However, I wanted to replace the print bed and reached out to the customer support team. Their website has very few spare parts available for 3D printers. The only reply I received was to find a replacement bed myself from another supplier. It's disappointing that after a year, replacement parts for the print bed aren't available. The customer support is truly unacceptable.
