I purchased a 3D printer a little over a year ago, and while the printer itself is quite good, my experience with customer support has been frustrating. I reached out to inquire about replacing the print bed, but their website has very few spare parts available. The only reply I received suggested that I find a replacement from another supplier. It feels unreasonable that, just a year after my purchase, I can't obtain necessary replacement parts. The level of customer service provided is truly unacceptable.

Exercise caution with this company. I received a roll of filament and was happily printing until I noticed that no filament was coming out. My filament detection unit didn't stop the machine, and upon investigation, I found the feed tube to the extruder was stuck. After pulling out the filament, I discovered a sticky substance all over it, which blocked the feed from my humidity box to the extruder, rendering it unusable. I contacted the company, and they only offered to replace the roll, but it was out of stock. I still have a damaged machine with no compensation. Consider alternative suppliers.
My 3D printer has been performing well for the past 18 months, with good print quality, although it's not for beginners. You need to have filament loaded in all three extruders to avoid blockages, but once set up correctly, it produces excellent prints. A downside is the extruders, which are not very good; it's better to swap them for all-metal dual-drive extruders, but you will need to reverse the motors. The filament run-out sensors are also inadequate, but you can disable them in the settings. I would recommend these printers, but only for those willing to learn.
I bought the printer, and it arrived, but I haven't been able to print anything. The filament creates a bubble in the tube, which stops or twists it, preventing prints. I have spent extra on new tubes and a hotend, but nothing works. I own four other printers that have functioned perfectly from day one, but this one has been a complete failure. The support service is terrible. If you value your peace of mind, avoid this company's printers. I wish I could give zero stars, but the minimum is one.

I had a terrible experience with customer service. I ordered a resin printer along with four bottles of resin, but only received one bottle and the wrong power lead. I had to jump through numerous hoops with customer support, and eventually, they stopped replying after I opened four cases. Avoid this company if you want good support.
One of the first filament companies I consider when ordering more due to their fantastic variety of materials and vibrant color options. The products arrive quickly and are well-packaged. The spools are perfectly sealed with no tangles. Great price as well. I've used them on my older printers with no issues and now on my new one, achieving excellent results. Their service is outstanding, responding quickly and effectively.
