Exercise caution with this company. I received a roll of filament and was happily printing until I noticed that no filament was coming out. My filament detection unit didn't stop the machine, and upon investigation, I found the feed tube to the extruder was stuck. After pulling out the filament, I discovered a sticky substance all over it, which blocked the feed from my humidity box to the extruder, rendering it unusable. I contacted the company, and they only offered to replace the roll, but it was out of stock. I still have a damaged machine with no compensation. Consider alternative suppliers.
