I bought the printer, and it arrived, but I haven't been able to print anything. The filament creates a bubble in the tube, which stops or twists it, preventing prints. I have spent extra on new tubes and a hotend, but nothing works. I own four other printers that have functioned perfectly from day one, but this one has been a complete failure. The support service is terrible. If you value your peace of mind, avoid this company's printers. I wish I could give zero stars, but the minimum is one.
