I purchased a 3D printer a little over a year ago, and while the printer itself is quite good, my experience with customer support has been frustrating. I reached out to inquire about replacing the print bed, but their website has very few spare parts available. The only reply I received suggested that I find a replacement from another supplier. It feels unreasonable that, just a year after my purchase, I can't obtain necessary replacement parts. The level of customer service provided is truly unacceptable.
