So after i made a purchase they ask me to complete verification process which is totally ok for me the only process that i can not complete was a scan of my virtual card , but is because my one is physical. But the problem is that they ignore my already for 1 week and no answer. MY ORDER IS 700 POUNDS VALUE AND THEY NOT ANSWER FOR 1 WEEK ALREADY SO PROBABLY THEY SCAM ME IM NOT SURE. I will waiter a bit but if no answer i will contact my bank accaunt and police so i refund my money
