I have yet to have a successful pre-order with this service. Every time I place an order, it ends up delayed or cancelled. I find myself constantly sending emails for updates. My breaking point was a pre-order for a specific item that I still haven’t received, and it’s now out of stock according to the platform. There has been no communication at all.

Pre-orders are a complete failure
