Two weeks after placing my order, my t-shirt was still "in production" and had not been shipped, despite my follow-up emails. The responses I received suggested a disorganized system that couldn't track my order or confirm its printing status. I had bought the t-shirt as a Christmas gift, based on the promise on the platform that orders are typically dispatched within 2 days. I pointed out that the seller had not honored their commitments and requested a refund. Initially, the seller declined, claiming my order was still in production and would be ready soon—though "soon" was never defined! However, after I opened a dispute through a payment service, I received my refund within 48 hours without further explanation, which is why I'm giving them 2 stars instead of just 1.
