I ordered a T-shirt on December 6 '25, and it still hasn't shown up after six weeks. The tracking on the website is non-functional, and despite sending two emails to the support team, I've only received assurances that my order is on the way. They even offered me a discount for future purchases, but I wouldn't consider buying from them again. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand.
The message of this shirt really connected with me on multiple levels. Most importantly, it brought a smile to my face, which is crucial. The ordering process was simple, the range of colors was impressive, and I even got a discount coupon. What’s not to appreciate? I will definitely return for more.
The shirt is drop shipped from overseas, leading to a wait of over 6 weeks. I wouldn’t mind if this was clearly stated upfront, but it wasn't. Upon receiving the T-shirts, they were not as described. The print transfer from their process is very poorly done, unlike what was shown in the images, which is unacceptable. Instead of adhering to their stated refund policy, I received the same generic email response multiple times. It seems I’ll have to dispute this with my financial institution to get a proper refund. I regret ordering from this seller. I should be grateful I received something, considering other reviews. Additionally, it's evident that many five-star reviews following the negative ones seem insincere, as they share the same language and phrasing. How can there be five stars when so many others have faced similar issues with their orders or refunds?
The service made it incredibly easy to spend my money. Their striking designs immediately grabbed my attention, and the online purchasing process is remarkable. Just a few clicks for a buyer enchanted by shiny, wonderful products, and before you know it… the funds are out of my account and into the company’s hands! I'm really excited to receive my fantastic T-shirts in the mail and can’t wait to see how they find more creative ways to entice my spending.
I made a purchase on 6th December and opted for expedited delivery, paying £9.52. I expected my items to arrive by the 13th, but nothing showed up. After numerous emails to the support team over several days, I was informed that my order wasn’t ready for shipment. They insisted I accept the delivery whenever it arrived and then send back the items for a refund, but they wouldn't cover shipping costs. Their policy clearly states that cancellations before shipping are eligible for a full refund, but they refused to acknowledge this. Ultimately, I raised the issue through my payment provider, and within two days, I received a full refund.
Two weeks after placing my order, my t-shirt was still "in production" and had not been shipped, despite my follow-up emails. The responses I received suggested a disorganized system that couldn't track my order or confirm its printing status. I had bought the t-shirt as a Christmas gift, based on the promise on the platform that orders are typically dispatched within 2 days. I pointed out that the seller had not honored their commitments and requested a refund. Initially, the seller declined, claiming my order was still in production and would be ready soon—though "soon" was never defined! However, after I opened a dispute through a payment service, I received my refund within 48 hours without further explanation, which is why I'm giving them 2 stars instead of just 1.
Extremely poor quality clothing I've encountered online. I was unaware that all the designs are appropriated from artists until I commented on a post about a shirt being sold at a lower price. That artist informed me that the seller is part of a deceptive operation that uses automated methods to steal artwork from other sites and prints them on subpar garments. It's a lesson learned. AVOID this seller at all costs.
