I made a purchase on 6th December and opted for expedited delivery, paying £9.52. I expected my items to arrive by the 13th, but nothing showed up. After numerous emails to the support team over several days, I was informed that my order wasn’t ready for shipment. They insisted I accept the delivery whenever it arrived and then send back the items for a refund, but they wouldn't cover shipping costs. Their policy clearly states that cancellations before shipping are eligible for a full refund, but they refused to acknowledge this. Ultimately, I raised the issue through my payment provider, and within two days, I received a full refund.
