The shirt is drop shipped from overseas, leading to a wait of over 6 weeks. I wouldn’t mind if this was clearly stated upfront, but it wasn't. Upon receiving the T-shirts, they were not as described. The print transfer from their process is very poorly done, unlike what was shown in the images, which is unacceptable. Instead of adhering to their stated refund policy, I received the same generic email response multiple times. It seems I’ll have to dispute this with my financial institution to get a proper refund. I regret ordering from this seller. I should be grateful I received something, considering other reviews. Additionally, it's evident that many five-star reviews following the negative ones seem insincere, as they share the same language and phrasing. How can there be five stars when so many others have faced similar issues with their orders or refunds?
