My experience with Geekmall was extremely unpleasant and concerning. Shortly after placing an order and paying online with my card, unauthorized transactions appeared on my bank account. The timing raised serious concerns for me regarding the security of payment data.I immediately contacted my bank to block the card and open an investigation. Unfortunately, I did not receive clear support or satisfactory explanations from the store regarding this situation.I cannot state with certainty what happened, but I strongly recommend that anyone choosing to order from here carefully monitor their bank transactions after making a payment.For me, this was a very stressful experience, and I will not be ordering from them again.
