My experience with Geekmall was extremely unpleasant and concerning. Shortly after placing an order and paying online with my card, unauthorized transactions appeared on my bank account. The timing raised serious concerns for me regarding the security of payment data.
I immediately contacted my bank to block the card and open an investigation. Unfortunately, I did not receive clear support or satisfactory explanations from the store regarding this situation.
I cannot state with certainty what happened, but I strongly recommend that anyone choosing to order from here carefully monitor their bank transactions after making a payment.
For me, this was a very stressful experience, and I will not be ordering from them again.

This seller is dishonest and should be avoided at all costs.I ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G – Global Version, and it was never delivered.Now, one month later, despite a complete case file and solid proof (no delivery, no signature, no contact from the courier), Geekmall still refuses to refund me.They take no responsibility and offer no solution. This is clearly fraudulent behavior, and I’ve already started legal action with the French authorities.⚠️ Do not buy anything from them unless you want to risk losing your money.
2 whole months for a refund, they sent me a defective product and I had to go back and forth with customer care for two months, 1 answer per day basically. absurd. Only when I opened the case with Paypal they started listening and finally gave me a return label, just to discover I had to bring myself the package (a big one) to the delivery service.I've never been treated this way and I couldn't suggest using geekmall in any case, all my peers have been informed and will avoid shopping there.Fun part? After I received my money back I was pretty much into moving forward and forget about this experience, yet they contacted me a couple of days ago and asked for a review on trust pilot LMAO.
