After acquiring the premium model of a mini computer, I contacted the support team regarding the addition of a second SSD 2 TB storage module. A week later, I am still waiting for a response. Consequently, I will be returning the unit under the 30-day return policy due to the poor after-sales service. For this reason alone, I cannot endorse this company.
