Due to this lack of response, I will be returning the unit under the 30-day return policy, as the after-sales service is severely lacking. Therefore, I cannot recommend this company.

The built-in GPU has allowed me to adjust my screen settings to HD, and I'm now in search of a higher resolution display since this machine supports up to 8k.
