I received an email stating that my order of a computer along with a keyboard and mouse was shipped on November 24. However, I only received the keyboard and mouse. The courier confirmed that there was no other parcel for me. I had paid a significant amount for the computer, and only the keyboard arrived. Edit: After reporting the issue, the company responded and I finally received the computer, which is excellent. I wanted to share my experience using it, but I can't leave a second review. The computer definitely deserves five stars.
