After purchasing a top model mini computer, I reached out to the support team about adding a second SSD 2 TB storage module. A week later, I am still awaiting a reply. Due to this lack of response, I will be returning the unit under the 30-day return policy, as the after-sales service is severely lacking. Therefore, I cannot recommend this company.
