Currently, I'm having a frustrating experience with this brand. I just received a mini PC that won't start. I've sent multiple messages, but getting support has been challenging. They only suggested that I open the device and clean the RAM and SSD contacts. Now, a small cable is disconnected, and another came loose when I removed the SSD. I'm feeling desperate and want them to take back this computer. I'm without a PC for personal use, and I also have a disability. Thank you for your help.
