Responses were vague, and despite my repeated attempts, no solution or clarification was offered. The attached chat record demonstrates my continuous efforts to resolve the issue directly with Geekom.I urge future customers to be cautious and check recent negative experiences before purchasing. If I do not get a response or resolution in the next few days, I intend to report the case to consumer protection organizations, my bank, and the authorities.
