I've had a Geekom pc with 3 year warranty. With 9 months left the motherboard voltage regulator burned up. I reported the failure to Geekom support and received email reply within 24 hours. After several emails and confirming the failure I was provided with return information. A free shipping address label was not provided. After returning the pc a new one arrived within 3 days.
