Immediately, I reached out via email to request an exchange.To my dismay, it has been several days since I sent the email, and I have not received any response whatsoever. In desperation, I attempted to contact your customer care team, only to find that there is no customer care number available. The only option provided was to reach out via WhatsApp, which I did, but again, to no avail. Despite sharing my concern, I received no reply or acknowledgment.This lack of communication and assistance is highly frustrating and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service, especially when it comes to resolving issues with a purchase. It is disheartening to feel ignored and neglected by a company that I trusted.At this point, I am left with no choice but to seek a refund for my purchase, as the exchange process seems impossible due to the lack of response from your end. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your customer service procedures.
