It's been 14 days still haven't received my order. When asked they literally told me -
"We are really sorry for the delay in your order.
Sir, your order was dispatched by us and was out for delivery.
But due to a technical reason, your order was lost in transit by the courier partners.
Please be assured that a fresh order will be dispatched by us by Wednesday".

Almost Everything with this website is a scam. Product quality is very low.If you try to exchange a product they ask for extra 150 rs charge. There is no option to return a product if its damaged.Once the order is placed they dont let you cancel it. Customer support is absolute mess, felt like harassment when i tried to get my issue resolved.The product photos they show on website are photoshopped and actual product is way below expectations. I am writing this review to help other avoid such scams which run on instagram ads.
Not genuine with product quality and services. Damaged product received, not resolution provided… customer support sounds like a scam… would not recommend for anyone… on top of all these their print quality is also not that great…
