I'm becoming increasingly dissatisfied with Geeks2U. Twice in a row, I was sent a Windows expert rather than the Mac expert that I asked for. Now, still trying to get my problem fixed,(#1144372) and having scheduled a time on line, rather than risk further confusion over the phone, I receive a message requesting to reschedule. This arrived this morning, three hours before the scheduled time. When I followed up by phone I received a callback from the call centre in Sydney, and was told that Geeks2U did not have any Mac technicians who serviced my suburban location. Really?? I've now allocated this job to a competitor of G2U and they'll be at my house at 1500 today.
