While they provide insurance for mis-delivery or unsatisfactory products, the shipping times are significantly underestimated, and the prices are excessive for the quality received. The customer service is extremely poor; I've been emailing daily since December 10th (today is the 29th), and they only reply with more questions regarding my order number or photos. I ordered what seemed to be a knitted cardigan, but it was made of very low-quality fabric and arrived two weeks later than promised.
