Review Time
I would love to review your product, but I never got it. I let y'all know, but you didn't help me at all. It said that it was delivered, but it was never delivered. I ended up buying the same shirt from another seller because it was a gift for my son. It was late, but at least I got it.
I ordered two shirts last year and the quality was extremely good, thick cotton shirts. I ordered shirts this year and advertised on their sight with the same triangle printed on tag. What I got was the cheapest thinnest cotton shirt I've ever seen with damn near paper tags. It's a complete bait and switch and they want $50 to return it to China. Don't waste your time as they have gone completely down hill and refuse to own up to their poor quality.
I bought a Geek button up shirt, advertised as 100% cotton, but it was 100% polyester. Fortunately I paid with PayPal and received an immediate refund when I started a complaint through the Resolution Centre. Obviously the AI engine for PayPal seems to know they a crooks!
I placed my order on December 5th, and I still haven't received it (two Christmas shirts). After taking 13 days to process, they refuse to issue a refund, citing 'high demand.' It's surprising, especially during the Christmas season. I advise against ordering from this untrustworthy company.
I placed an order for 2 items on December 9th. Not only did I NOT receive them by the 25th, but I STILL have not received them! While I appreciated the 10% discount on my order, it doesn't change the fact that I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS. If the support team checked the tracking, they would see that my order has been stuck (likely in a warehouse) in Wood Dale, IL for 3 weeks. I have shopped with this service before, but I won't be doing so again.
After two months of waiting for my order, I still haven't received anything. A significant part of the problem seems to stem from the UK delivery partner who falsely marked my order as delivered. I've exchanged numerous emails with the support team, leading to a new order being placed and my agreement to cover a new shipping fee. Since then, I've had no communication. I would advise others to steer clear.
While they provide insurance for mis-delivery or unsatisfactory products, the shipping times are significantly underestimated, and the prices are excessive for the quality received. The customer service is extremely poor; I've been emailing daily since December 10th (today is the 29th), and they only reply with more questions regarding my order number or photos. I ordered what seemed to be a knitted cardigan, but it was made of very low-quality fabric and arrived two weeks later than promised.
While it does take a while to receive packages in the US, which is expected since they mention it could take up to 30 days, I appreciated being able to track my package through communication on WhatsApp. The support team was consistently responsive within a few hours. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!
Delivery does take quite a while since the goods are shipped from overseas. Nevertheless, the customer support is outstanding, and they fulfill orders as promised! I made a few significant errors with my order, but the representative assisted me in resolving them quickly and effectively. Thank you for the help!
