After two months of waiting for my order, I still haven't received anything. A significant part of the problem seems to stem from the UK delivery partner who falsely marked my order as delivered. I've exchanged numerous emails with the support team, leading to a new order being placed and my agreement to cover a new shipping fee. Since then, I've had no communication. I would advise others to steer clear.
