I placed an order for 2 items on December 9th. Not only did I NOT receive them by the 25th, but I STILL have not received them! While I appreciated the 10% discount on my order, it doesn't change the fact that I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS. If the support team checked the tracking, they would see that my order has been stuck (likely in a warehouse) in Wood Dale, IL for 3 weeks. I have shopped with this service before, but I won't be doing so again.
