Ordered on March 1 and received on March 10. Was excited as I'd been searching for a good camp shirt for an upcoming trip.
The site says that shirts are 100% cotton and I cannot dispute with certainty, but it does not feel like my other cotton shirts.
The collar of the shirt was crooked and the opening much lower than I felt comfortable with.
Finally, the arms were so poorly tailored that any movement of my arms above my waist resulted in the shirt rising with my arm and exposing my waist. Again, no other similar shirt I've ever had has experienced this issue.
I reached out to ask about a return and was willing to do so, but I had to ask for the refund 4 times via email before they offered a refund minus shipping costs. I was not happy with this offer, but was tired of the back and forth and accepted it. I expected that given the issues with my original shirt that being able to return for a FULL refund would be available. They likely rely on people giving up out of frustration hence the back and forth?
In any case I learned a valuable lesson about research before purchasing.
