My experience with the service and their coverage plans has been incredibly frustrating. They enrolled me in a monthly payment plan for a tablet without my agreement, simply by having me check a few boxes and charging me. When I realized this, they demanded $105 just to cancel a plan that offered hardly any value. It's extremely disappointing and feels predatory. They wouldn’t even let me cancel without providing credit card information. This has been one of the most exasperating experiences I've had.
