The representative at the local store took my laptop after I paid for the highest level of protection plan. I was informed the next day that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, the representative told me it wasn't ready and that their data backup system was down, insisting I pay for an external hard drive. I contacted the corporate office, explaining that I shouldn't incur any costs due to my protection plan. They agreed and initiated a claim against the representative and the location. A week later, I received a call stating my hard drive was broken, risking all my data, and they needed to replace it. When I inquired further, the employee was extremely rude and even raised his voice. I requested a detailed list of the steps taken to determine my hard drive was defective. Two hours later, the manager emailed me saying the laptop was ready. When I went back for the second time, the same representative was still trying to sell me an external hard drive! Very disappointing service at this location!

I am filing a complaint against him. I noticed that this service has a low rating, so I didn’t expect much. This representative did not represent the company well. My low rating will likely contribute to their poor reputation.

It was my first experience with such individuals. If you use this service and purchase from a specific location, avoid these two representatives for a simple job. They had no idea what they were doing and were completely clueless.

The representative who set up my laptop promised to assist with connecting a printer later but failed to follow through. I've called multiple times without any resolution. There is zero customer service here. Never again.
The phone and online support are absolutely inadequate. The system is poorly designed and does not prioritize customer satisfaction. Scheduling an in-store appointment is a hassle due to inefficient national support. It is challenging to contact the store directly, and the overall customer service has been the worst I’ve encountered in a long time.
I have been a subscriber for several years and find the service to be exceptional. The staff is always professional, friendly, and patient. I'm still working from home, and I appreciate their support in resolving my tech issues. I’m grateful for their assistance, which has been invaluable to my work.
