The tech representative I dealt with did not have the skills to assist with my tech issues. In fact, he was unwilling to help at all. My email correspondence with him reflects this. I am filing a complaint against him. I noticed that this service has a low rating, so I didn’t expect much. This representative did not represent the company well. My low rating will likely contribute to their poor reputation.
