I purchased a large Smart TV last year and was very satisfied until it stopped connecting to the internet. Fortunately, it was under warranty. The process of getting support was somewhat painful, but eventually, a technician made repairs in my home and issued a credit for a new TV. In the future, I wouldn’t buy large electronics online as it added unnecessary frustration. The in-person support eventually resolved my issue, leading to a happy outcome. If you want a better experience, avoid outsourcing service issues.
