I asked for my laptop to be fixed, not to be returned in worse condition. I needed it repaired before traveling, but the way it was handled is absurd. When I start my laptop, only the fan runs, and the screen remains off. The laptop keeps overheating even after I turn it off. I can’t return it until I’m back, and this is affecting my work. This has been the worst experience I’ve had.
