I will never purchase anything from this company again and want nothing to do with their support team. No one answers the phone; the online chat support disappears for long periods. The representative who set up my laptop promised to assist with connecting a printer later but failed to follow through. I've called multiple times without any resolution. There is zero customer service here. Never again.
