The representative at the local store took my laptop after I paid for the highest level of protection plan. I was informed the next day that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, the representative told me it wasn't ready and that their data backup system was down, insisting I pay for an external hard drive. I contacted the corporate office, explaining that I shouldn't incur any costs due to my protection plan. They agreed and initiated a claim against the representative and the location. A week later, I received a call stating my hard drive was broken, risking all my data, and they needed to replace it. When I inquired further, the employee was extremely rude and even raised his voice. I requested a detailed list of the steps taken to determine my hard drive was defective. Two hours later, the manager emailed me saying the laptop was ready. When I went back for the second time, the same representative was still trying to sell me an external hard drive! Very disappointing service at this location!
