Received my order in 3 days (as advertised + 1 day for rural delivery), so I'm pretty happy about that. However on the morning just before I received it, I realised I didn't receive an order confirmation by email when I placed the order online, so I emailed them stating this and asking about the order status. I provided my name and address so they could find my order as I hadn't received an order number. Not long after sending that email, the postman came with my order, so I emailed again to let them know. Later I received a reply simply stating "sorry, we can not find your order". If I hadn't received my order, I would be pretty concerned at such an inadequate reply. While I did promptly receive my order, I wouldn't order from this company again due to the fact that I never received an order confirmation and that they couldn't find a record of an order that they actually dispatched. This doesn't bode well for an easy resolution if an issue were to arise.
