Sent the wrong phone case and they tried to make out that it was my fault even though I had screenshot my order - the subsequent emails would then take days rather than hours.
Arrogant, slow communication and a lottery which product will show up.
I know it's difficult with such low prices and nice choices but I'll certainly try to avoid this company in the future.

I received a cracked screen protector. The store wouldn't issue a return or exchange without me providing photo or video evidence, which is unreasonable. I'm disposing of it and leaving this review in hopes that others avoid this shop. I would never treat my customers like this.
This is a genuine review. I did something I usually don't do when ordering from a new company and checked their reputation. I ordered two new phone cases that were due on January 23rd. They notified me about a delay, which I appreciated. I panicked a bit after finding negative reviews but the package arrived on the 24th as promised. The cases are beautiful and fit perfectly. I'm a very happy customer.
This store is a waste of time. It took too long for my package to be sent, and when I finally received my order, it was incorrect. I've emailed them but got no response, and their phone number doesn't work either. A visit might be necessary.
