Had the most horrible customer service experience today with Geico. Spoke to a female first and needed explanations on bill changes after adding a driver and vehicle that wasn’t explained to me when making the change the first time around. Of course, nothing is ever as simple and clear with insurance that you feel it should be. She didn’t help and seemed inconvenienced. I then called back to speak to a Jake or Jacob and he was the worse rep I have ever spoken to my 20 years with Geico. He talked over me, he was rude, he gave short answers and wanted to quickly get off the phone and was very condescending. I will be looking elsewhere if Geico thinks my over $1,000 premium is an inconvenience to them. Shouldn’t be difficult to answer simple questions.
